How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be made during normal office hours; Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please contact our call center at 404-252-5669.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please remember to bring a valid driver’s license, active insurance card(s), and insurance copay with you to every appointment. If you are new to the practice, please print and complete the “Patient Resources” forms located on this website. Bring these forms with you to your appointment.

What if I am experiencing a medical emergency after hours?

If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

What if I need a prescription renewed?

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours by contacting your physician’s medical assistant. Please be aware that bowel prep and pain medication prescriptions cannot be prescribed by an after-hours, on call, physician for patient health and safety. In some instances, we may require that patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
